The Information We Collect

• Videos submitted by you for purposes of the Yes Challenge may be made available for public viewing.

• Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold
• To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature
• To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

Videos uploaded for 2022 Yes Challenge if selected, will be available for public viewing.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
